TVC Technology Solutions, a division of TVD Group, was founded in 1996 by Jim Brown and his sons Matthew and Daniel. Starting from humble beginnings in a shop in Leigh, today we’re one of the largest providers of audio-visual solutions in the UK, supplying and installing AV equipment and domestic appliances in a variety of environments around the country. As an employee-owned business we pride ourselves on a personal approach, providing outstanding levels of customer service and quality products that are tailored to our customers’ requirements. Strong and direct relationships with our partners allow us to provide bespoke, future proof, turnkey solutions for any environment or industry.
Installation
As a part of our service, it is imperative that any pre-existing appliances be disconnected and free from any items or water (if applicable) prior to the scheduled delivery. This ensures a seamless and efficient installation process for your new appliances. Kindly ensure that all fixtures and fittings (plumbing & connections) are in good working condition, without any issues to ensure an effective installation process for your newly acquired appliances.
Disconnection
Disconnection services are exclusively provided for appliances that are like-for-like with the new appliance being delivered. Please ensure any appliances to be disconnected are free from any items or water (if applicable) prior to arrival.
Warranty
Typically, a 1-year warranty covering all parts and labour is included in most cases, and occasionally, extended warranties may be available. To qualify for these extended warranties, registration may be required—please refer to the manufacturer's in-box information for details.
It's important to note that warranties generally apply to domestic use only, and items intended for use in commercial properties may not be covered.
Removal, Collection & Recycling
We provide a hassle-free solution to dispose of your old appliance through recycling, eliminating the need for you to worry about its proper disposal.
Before we arrive, please disconnect your appliance from any water or mains supplies. If we’re taking a fridge freezer away, make sure it’s completely defrosted and free from any water. Make sure your appliance is empty and in a relatively clean condition. If we're retrieving a tumble dryer, washing machine, or dishwasher, remember to empty it out – regrettably, we cannot recycle appliances with dirty laundry or dishes.
