This must be a business address in UK mainland, where our delivery vehicles can get access.
Checklist for a successful one man delivery to your door:
Check the largest item will fit through all doors on the route to where it is being placed. The dimensions for each item can be found on the product page.
Double check the colour and size of all items you have placed in your basket, if you have ordered incorrectly please email our customer services.
Check there is access for our HGV delivery vehicle to deliver to your door. (UK mainland only)
DELIVERY LEAD TIMES:
PAC mattresses and cushions are available in 2-3 days
Beds and foam mattresses will be delivered in 10 days
Boston and Delaware bedroom furniture delivered in 10 days
Albany Bedroom Furniture is available in 6 weeks
All other items are bespoke and available between 5 – 8 weeks or less
Our National fleet of 38 trucks deliver all our furniture to your door. We deliver over 25,000 items a month by our DBS checked drivers who are experienced in delivering to Care Homes.
When you order, we will confirm a w/c delivery week. Depending on the products ordered, the product with the longest lead time may determine your delivery week. With some orders, delivery will be made by carrier companies.
CANCELLED DELIVERIES:
A delivery charge may apply if a delivery is cancelled after it has been loaded onto the vehicle
ACCESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the items will fit through doors, in the lift and in the space where they are to be positioned.
FURNITURE WITH HANDLES
When furniture is delivered and the furniture has handles, the handles are fixed in reverse (the handle is inside the drawer instead of on the outside) so that the handles don’t get damaged in transit. A cross head screw driver is needed to turn the handles around the correct way ready for use.
