Exercise routines are very similar to DVD I however the tempo is slightly faster. Routines can be done either sitting or standing.
The exercises featured on this DVD can be facilitated by an activity coordinator or confident carer
Sessions include: Hands, wrists and fingers; Feet and Ankles; Arms and Shoulders; Legs and Hips; Whole Body; Strength and Resisitance; Sit to Stand; Stretches and Pelvic floor
