Feedback - Structure Feedback During Discussions and Debriefs
A collection of foam objects, which act as visual metaphors, to enable participants to represent their thoughts and feelings. It can be used in a variety of situations, such as, project meetings, team discussions. Or, any situation where there is a need to enrich the debate and increase the chance of sustained engagement. Everyone selects an item, and then explains to the group why and how that item represents what’s on their mind. Once a participant has talked about the related topic, the item can be placed back into the bag or it can be passed to another participant. This helps concentrate discussion on a desired area.
“A great way to structure feedback during discussions and debriefs. Allowed me to gather my team’s thoughts, feelings and concerns regarding the changes to the company’s reorganisation.”
